Additional Information From the Colton Storm catalogue: "Dunbaugh was a sergeant at Fort Massac, where Bissell was captain in command. Bissell ordered Dunbaugh to join Burr "as a Spy against Col Burr". Dumbaugh was detected and in this letter reported that he had had to confess that Bissell wanted to "know what Burrs mening Was to take Someny men Down the River With him"."
