Additional Information From the Colton Storm catalogue: "Only two numbers of this paper, which was a defense of the actions of certain army personnel during the affair of Leschi, were issued. August V Kautz, William F Tolmie, and Frank Clark seem to have been responsible for the paper and Kautz probably did most of the writing. The first number helped delay the execution of Leschi and the second was issued after he had been strangled."
